Her solution was revolutionary—breaking yoga into five core skills (Flexibility, Strength, Mobility, Balance, and Relaxation) and condensing practice into the minimum effective dose: 15 minutes. After earning her Yoga Alliance 200-Hour Teacher Training certification, she refined this method over five years, and it remains her go-to system for peak performance.

What the Challenge Covers

Progressive 15-Day Structure

The course systematically cycles through all five yoga disciplines, with three distinct phases:

Getting Started (Days 1-5)
